Appian Architect
Introduction:
As an Appian Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and implementation of Appian applications. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met effectively through Appian solutions. Your technical expertise and leadership will drive cross-functional teams towards successful Appian project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Appian solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the Appian development lifecycle.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, implementing effective solutions and optimizations.
- Oversee integration of Appian applications with existing systems using RESTful APIs, web services, and other methods.
- Conduct system performance evaluations and optimize solutions for speed and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members, foster continuous learning and growth.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security, and governance requirements.
- Minimum of 10+ years of extensive experience in Appian development and architecture.
- Must have Lead Appian Certification.
- Proven experience in leading Appian projects and teams for complex delivery.
- Hands-on development experience on Appian Versions.
- Strong background in software development and project management, preferably in Agile environments.
- Proficient in database design and Appian BPM suite, including Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, and Appian Sites.
- Deep knowledge of Appian architecture, components, and best practices.
- Experience with integration of Appian with other systems using RESTful APIs, web services (inbound / outbound), and SQL.
- Familiarity with Appian RPA and AI capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
