Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You'd Do In This Role

As an Account Executive on the SmartDollar team, you'll own new business revenue by bringing a financial wellness solution to employers who want to help their people actually win with money. You'll guide potential clients from first conversation to signed contract, tailoring every interaction to what each company uniquely needs and building deep expertise in a product that genuinely changes people's financial lives. This role comes with uncapped commission, meaning the harder and smarter you work, the more you earn, and the deals you close put a real financial tool in front of people who need it.

You're Probably a Match If

  • You have 2+ years of sales experience and a track record of hitting or beating your numbers.
  • You're competitive and built for ownership, holding yourself accountable and not waiting for someone else to drive results.
  • You have something meaningful driving you, a personal "why" that shows up in how you work on your best days and your hardest ones.
  • You're coachable to your core, seeking out feedback, applying it fast, and genuinely enjoying getting sharper at your craft.
  • You've got experience in B2B, SaaS, or full-cycle inside sales (a strong bonus, though your mindset and work ethic matter most).

What Winning Looks Like

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding new revenue goals set with your leader each month and year.
  • Keeping a clean, accurate pipeline in Salesforce, with every opportunity showing the right dollar amount, a future close date, and a mutually agreed-upon next step.
  • Building deep knowledge of the SmartDollar product and sales process so you can show up confident and credible in every conversation.
  • Tailoring your approach to each potential client by genuinely understanding what they need, what motivates them, and where they're stuck.
  • Actively participating in sales training, submitting calls for review, and implementing new tools and techniques on every call, consistently and not just when it's convenient.
