Administering anesthesia and sedation to patients undergoing various procedures
Monitoring patient vital signs and adjusting anesthesia levels accordingly
Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop anesthesia care plans
Providing preoperative and postoperative patient care and education
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and healthcare regulations

Skills Needed

Current RN and CRNA licensure in Tennessee
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
