Your role as a Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician involves providing comprehensive patient care, including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work. You will lead and mentor team members, ensuring efficient workflows and supporting their professional growth. Partnering with pet owners, you'll educate on treatments, review records, and address questions to foster strong client relationships. You will contribute to a positive hospital culture through training and feedback. Qualifications include graduation from an AVMA-accredited program, current state licensure, proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and lab procedures, and strong communication skills. Preferred experience includes at least one year in veterinary settings.
