What You'll Do

Lead and guide a sales team of Tesla Advisors, setting individual and team targetsTrain and develop team members on sales and delivery processes to enhance the overall customer experienceMonitor daily deliveries, create reporting metrics, and review information with the Manager to meet and exceed KPIsCollaborate with other departments, particularly Operations Manager and Service Department, to ensure seamless customer interactionsRepresent Tesla professionally when communicating internally and externally and resolve customer concerns promptlyRecruit, train, and develop management teams and employees, and ensure adherence to Tesla policies and proceduresControl store expenses, maintain showroom standards, and ensure facility maintenance is aligned with brand guidelines


What You'll Bring

Associate's degree or equivalent experienceSelf-starting entrepreneur with exceptional time-management and problem-solving skillsDedicated and ethical approach to sales and sales operationsAbility to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partnerAbility to work evenings and weekends in a retail environmentValid driver’s license requiredFor roles working in CA, CO, HI, ID, MD, MS, NV, NC, OH, PA, TN, UT, VA, DC: This role requires you to possess a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the salesperson license, you cannot engage in sales activities.
