An AmLaw 100 law firm in New York City is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support partners and attorneys with the full billing cycle. This role is responsible for preparing and processing client invoices, ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines, and maintaining accurate billing records.

- Manage the full billing cycle including preparing, reviewing, and finalizing prebills and invoices
- Coordinate with attorneys to incorporate edits and ensure billing accuracy
- Submit invoices through various e-billing platforms in accordance with client guidelines
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and rejected invoices
- Monitor WIP and assist with billing adjustments and write-offs when needed
- Maintain accurate client and matter billing information in the firm’s billing system
- 1+ years of legal billing experience, preferably within a large law firm
- Experience with e-billing platforms and client billing guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and legal billing systems (Elite, Aderant, or similar preferred)
