MCAs on Main Street: A Real Path Out.
Rise Alliance is the partner businesses, lenders, attorneys, and turnaround professionals trust to resolve MCA distress without the predatory “debt relief” tactics that dominate Main Street.
Our process begins by stabilizing the business through non-adversarial payment restructuring, stopping daily withdrawals and restoring predictable cash flow. Then, Rise Alliance guides clients through a full credit-rehabilitation process that helps them re-establish performance, rebuild lender confidence, and graduate back into responsible, affordable credit.
For business owners, we provide a clear, structured path out of MCA pressure — restoring control, protecting receivables, and preventing the collections spirals that collapse working capital.
For lenders, attorneys, and turnaround professionals, Rise Alliance brings clarity and order to MCA-driven distress. Our approach preserves collateral value, stabilizes borrowers, and creates a reliable pathway out of predatory finance and back into conventional credit markets.
Rise Alliance is a division of Second Wind Consultants, the nation’s leading name in non-judicial restructuring. Our name reflects our framework. RISE is an acronym for our process: Restructure, Insulate, Strategize, Emerge. ‘Alliance’ reflects our national network of trusted turnaround professionals, attorneys, banks, and alternative lenders through our partnership with the global Turnaround Management Association.
Our Mission:
To restore stability and protect value while bringing integrity and accountability to a space that has long lacked both. We believe small businesses deserve the same disciplined and ethical approach to distress as larger enterprises, and we reject the chaos of predatory finance or “relief.” By replacing predatory tactics with disciplined, ethical solutions, we help businesses rehabilitate, rebuild financial credibility, and re-enter the credit markets positioned for sustainable growth.
