The base pay scale for this position is $26.65 - $40.87. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. Educational Program Development
Supports the creation, design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs that support staff competency, professional development, and organizational goals.
Ensures that educational content aligns with evidence-based practices, accreditation standards, and institutional policies. Demonstrates creativity and innovation in developing engaging and effective learning materials.
Instructional And Presentation Skills
Supports Professional Development department training to the learning platform. Supports new hire orientation by delivering education for the learning management system. Delivers clear, engaging, and effective educational sessions using a variety of teaching methods and technologies. Tailors presentations and training strategies to meet diverse learning styles and professional backgrounds. Demonstrates confidence, clarity, and subject matter expertise when facilitating learning experiences.
Collaboration and Interdisciplinary Partnership
Builds strong working relationships with clinical educators, managers, and other departments to ensure alignment of educational initiatives. Facilitates collaboration between clinical and non-clinical teams to enhance organizational learning.
Communicates effectively with stakeholders to coordinate schedules, resources, and program implementation.
Data Management and Documentation
Maintains accurate records of education activities, attendance, and competency assessments. Maintains databases, data analysis and preparation/distribution of summary reports, scheduling of programs and participants, utilizes learning management systems (LMS) and data analysis to track outcomes and report progress. Applies metrics and feedback to measure program effectiveness and guide continuous improvement.
Regulatory and Accreditation Knowledge
Ensures compliance with professional, regulatory, and accrediting body standards (e.g., Joint Commission, Magnet, OSHA). Collaborates with the education team to integrate regulatory requirements into staff education, orientation, and ongoing competency programs. Keeps current with changes in standards and best practices to maintain compliance and quality outcomes.
Communication
Communicates clearly and professionally in all interactions with staff, leadership, and external partners. Promotes an environment of psychological safety that encourages curiosity, questions, and supports onboarding for the newest members of the organization. Reviews, reconciles, and processes invoices in a timely manner, maintaining accurate documentation and resolving discrepancies as needed.
Collaborates with leadership to forecast financial needs, control costs, and identify opportunities for resource optimization. Upholds transparency, integrity, and stewardship in all budgetary and financial management practices.

What You Will Be Doing
Educational Conferences
- Coordinates the synchronization and management of activities related to the educational conference under the direction of the Complex Joint Reconstruction (CJRC) Education Director
- Delineates tasks to administrative manager as needed and serves as the main liaison between the HSS Education Department and CJRC.
- This role will be directly responsible for the planning, organization, execution, and all close out procedures related to conference activities.
- This position is required to be at all conference related activities (e.g welcome dinner and day of conference) to assure organization and serve as the point of contact for the Education Director and conference participants
- Responsible for problem solving and maintaining open communication channels during and before conference dates
- Works hand in hand with the Education Director to develop the CJRC Education Program and assure that milestones for development are met. This will be done on a per project basis annually.
- Provides support for all Education committees and assists the Education director in the development and structure of the Education program
- Responsible for presenting concerns and challenges associated with all sub-programs that fall under the Education umbrella
- Works with other departments to ensure the CJRC Education Program meets standards, goals, and timelines established internally and by the institution
- Assures open communication between all invested parties.
- Responsible for developing, supporting and crafting digital media presence.
- Provides project support for CJRC Clinical and Research fellows on education-oriented tasks
- Works hand in hand with Education Chair to develop chair education program and assure milestones for development are met.
- Provides support to Education Chair on all academic committees and assists the Education Chair in the development of standard operating procedures for academic and educational responsibilities.
- Continuously updates and maintains essential documents and activities for the Education Chair on the Chair’s SharePoint organizational hub
- Assist in the synchronization of research activities within the CJRC as it relates to sub-programs and conferences that fall under the Education umbrella.
- Assists in data collection and recruitment processes for registry/research-specific studies
