Responsibilities
- Support the ideation, development, and execution of product development strategies while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between brand teams and international product teams to enhance responsiveness and strategic alignment.
- Manage product costing and maintain accurate documentation through the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
- Monitor key project milestones and escalate any issues that may impact timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet financial targets and drive product execution.
- Experience in global product development with a strong understanding of design and merchandising principles.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a track record of effectively managing multiple challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Familiarity with garment costing and BOM maintenance.
- Experience in collaborating with international sourcing partners.
- Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills and concepts.
