Safety Director

EnTech Engineering, PC is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction management firm devoted to delivering best-in-class design and construction support services for infrastructure and facility projects that strengthen communities nationwide. About the Role:

We are currently seeking a "Safety Director”. The ideal candidate leads company-wide safety programs across all projects and worksites, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promote and ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and clients’ safety
• requirements.
• Foster and promote a strong safety culture.
• Implement construction and general industry safety programs
• Perform Safety Audits, Safety Management, Safety Training
• Representing the company at safety meetings with clients
• Business Development
• Visit the active construction project sites

Required Qualifications:

• Fifteen plus years of progressive experience in the safety field
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER

Preferred:

• Additional Safety Certification
• Confined Space Entry
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certification
• Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) Certification
• OSHA Hazardous Communication
• OSHA Trainer

Estimated Annual Compensation:

Starting at $170,000, depending on experience
