We are currently seeking a dynamic and friendly, full-time Certified Medical Assistant in our busy OB/GYN practice. We are a well-established practice in the Hampton Roads with 2 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, 2 certified and mid-wives.

- Obtain complete patient histories and vital signs.
- Room patients and assist providers with exams.
- Assist with in-office procedures; colposcopies, hysteroscopic procedures, IUD insertion and removals, and Nexplanon placement.
- Perform non-stress tests.
- Administer Injections.
- HIPPA compliance.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
- EMR (AthenaNet) and OB/GYN experience is a must.
- Must be able to work independently and in group setting.
- Efficiency and attention to detail.
- Solid critical thinking.
- Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
- Prioritize tasks appropriately and efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills; adaptable and flexible.
