Seeking an on-call janitor, with potential for a regular full-time shift, to clean a commercial office building in Oakland. Duties include vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, etc. Feel part of a team that values your contribution.
Requirements
Must be reliable, have employment references and pass criminal background check. Will train.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
