What You'll Do
- Serve as the face of AOI and the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and partners.
- Provide Executive Support to the CEO through calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, communications, and project support.
- Oversee reception operations and maintain a polished office environment.
- Coordinate hospitality services, refreshments, and meeting space readiness.
- Ensure shared spaces remain organized, functional, and inviting.
- Assist with internal events, employee celebrations, and company communications.
- Oversee office operations, supplies, vendors, mail, shipping, and workplace readiness.
- 3–5 years of Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar experience.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Professional executive presence and discretion.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience coordinating events and workplace operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platforms.
