Clutch is looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager for a client of ours.

The Strategic Account Manager role is designed for a versatile leader who thrives on variety. We are looking for a strategic powerhouse who can act as the lead across multiple accounts, comfortably pivoting between high-level growth strategy and tactical execution in copy and design. The ideal candidate is an omnichannel expert who can connect brand identity with engagement and channel execution, while maintaining a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude. We are looking for someone who either brings a background in AI or possesses a deep curiosity and a proactive willingness to adopt and integrate these tools into their daily strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic lead across a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring all work aligns with client growth objectives.
• Develop and oversee omnichannel strategies that bridge the gap between brand story, audience engagement, and multi-channel execution.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to provide strategic direction for copy and design.
• Manage client relationships with a focus on trust, long-term retention, and proactive problem-solving.
• Actively utilize and experiment with AI tools to streamline internal workflows and improve campaign performance.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to account management, stepping in to execute tasks whenever necessary to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• A solid foundation in account management and client-facing strategy.
• Proven experience in omnichannel marketing with the ability to see the "big picture" across various digital and traditional channels.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex strategies into actionable creative briefs.
• A tech-forward mindset: prior experience with AI tools is a plus, but a strong curiosity and willingness to master them is required.
• Versatility and adaptability; you are as comfortable in a high-level strategy meeting as you are tweaking a design or refining copy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
