Qualifications

- Industry certifications preferred
- Two (2) years of experience in related field required.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft O365 and have working knowledge of Apple technologies
DESCRIPTION: The Campus Technician provides core level client support to all users in K-12 classrooms. This position requires a diverse skillset and regularly interacts with students, teachers and administrators. This is a highly visible role, and a focus on customer service is critical.
Performance Responsibilities
- Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their access to, and use of resources on the network.
- Attends staff meetings to report on and resolve recurrent user technology problems.
- Installs and supports computers and other technology devices to ensure maximum uptime and user engagement.
- Support Microsoft, Apple and mobile technologies.
- Support 1:1 device environments (Dell laptops and Apple iPads) efficiently and securely with excellent customer focus.
- Provide support for other technologies in the classroom such as ViewSonic panels and projectors.
- Knowledge of wired and wireless technologies.
- Understanding of web and cloud technologies.
- Support computer asset & software inventory management
- Create innovative ways of efficiently handling user service issues with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Resolve issues and otherwise support the goals of both the organization and users.
- Help ensure that computing environments have minimal downtime, and provide engaging user experience by collaborating with others on the team.
- Maintain accurate and current documentation of all areas of responsibility.
- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
- All other duties as assigned by Director of Technology.
