Job Overview:
Pay Range: $53hr - $58hr
Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable Salesforce requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and maintain requirement documentation.
- Perform impact analysis for enhancements, defects, and change requests.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects to ensure accurate implementation.
- Provide functional guidance on Salesforce features including objects, fields, workflows, validations, reports, and dashboards.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case creation, coordination, and validation.
- Assist in release readiness and post-deployment validation activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlog and ensure readiness of user stories.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder review sessions.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective coordination and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce or CRM programs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, automation, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Experience working in Scrum or Agile delivery environments.
- Exposure to Salesforce administration or configuration.
- Experience supporting end-to-end Salesforce implementations or enhancements.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
