Account Director

Portland, OR | Full-Time | Hybrid

Our client, a growing creative and marketing agency, is seeking an Account Director to join the team. This role is ideal for a strategic, client-facing leader who can build strong relationships, guide integrated marketing work, and help grow accounts over time.

The Account Director will serve as a key partner to clients and internal teams, leading complex projects from brief through delivery while keeping an eye on scope, budgets, timelines, and overall account health and growth. This person will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, bring structure to fast-moving workstreams, and help ensure high-quality execution across a range of initiatives.

This role also offers strong exposure to business growth. The right person will be comfortable participating in pitches, identifying opportunities within client relationships, and helping expand services in a thoughtful, strategic way.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in account management, client services, or agency leadership
  • Experience leading integrated marketing or multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong financial and operational skills, including scoping, forecasting, and budget management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • A proactive, collaborative, and growth-minded approach

Details: Hybrid schedule, in office Tuesday through Thursday. Based in Portland, OR. Salary range is $125,000–$180,000.
