About The Role
Engagement: GIG / Contract / Appointment-Based
Start: Approximately 10 days from engagement

Lisinski Law Firm is expanding its USCIS operations team and seeks licensed U.S. attorneys interested in immigration law who value flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. This role involves gig-based, appointment-driven court appearances supporting USCIS Interviews.
This is not a full-time role. Assignments are scheduled in advance and designed for attorneys seeking flexible opportunities without full case ownership or long-term employment commitments.
Your Key Contributions
- Serve as co-counsel on client matters, including representing clients at USCIS interviews
- Appear in person at scheduled USCIS Interviews
- Represent clients professionally and ensure accurate communication of case status
- Follow prepared notes, instructions and report outcomes using firm templates
- Want flexible appointment-based assignments
- No case management, filings, or client ownership
- Predictable appearances during business hours
- Transportation and training expenses covered
- Malpractice insurance provided for all of our assignments
- Active U.S. bar license (any jurisdiction)
- 2-3 years of experience as an attorney
- Immigration experience required
- Background in mock trial, moot court, depositions and/or litigations
- Availability during business hours
