RN - Long Term Care

We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our Long Term Care - Child Center in Portland, Oregon. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to children with complex medical needs in a compassionate and supportive environment.

• Perform accurate assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to coordinate care and provide education on health management.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care, observations, and interventions.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, ensuring children’s safety and well-being at all times.
