- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- Documenting clinical notes accurately and timely
- Board-certified or eligible in Psychiatry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards
