
United Way of Utah County is seeking a part-time Qualtrics & Evaluation Support Specialist to help strengthen our outcome measurement systems.
This role will support the implementation of surveys and data collection tools connected to program outcomes and grant reporting. This role will work under the direction of senior staff, who will define the outcomes to be measured and approve final survey content. This role will help build surveys in Qualtrics, organize distribution schedules, test survey workflows, monitor response rates, export results, and document repeatable processes.
This is a part-time position designed for someone who can support United Way's outcome measurement work over multiple semesters by helping build, send, track, and maintain Qualtrics surveys connected to program and grant outcomes.

Qualifications
Hours: 15-20 a week
Compensation: $15/hour
Flexible schedule within M-F 8:30-5 PM business hours

Build surveys in Qualtrics from approved questions
- Organize surveys by program, grant, or outcome area
- Set up survey logic, embedded data, reminders, and distribution lists
- Test surveys before launch
- Create QR codes or anonymous links when needed
- Help manage sending schedules
- Monitor response rates
- Export results
- Maintain a tracking spreadsheet of survey status, dates, links, and response counts
- Create basic summaries of results
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in public health, social work, psychology, sociology, public administration, nonprofit management, statistics, data analytics, or related field
- Comfortable learning new software systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to follow written instructions and document processes
- Strong written communication skills
- Interest in nonprofit work, evaluation, community impact, or data systems
