- Oversee daily contract operations and supervise personnel supporting MSTP training exercises, operational events, and administrative activities.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between contractor personnel, Government stakeholders, the Contracting Officer, and COR for operational and technical support requirements.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, travel, logistics, and operational support activities to ensure effective execution of MEFEX planning, preparation, execution, and feedback activities.
- Monitor contract performance, maintain quality and compliance standards, resolve operational issues, and provide status reporting to program leadership.
- Manage geographically dispersed teams and support rapid response to short-notice and mission-critical operational requirements. Requirements Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, program support, military training support, or related field.
- Experience supervising teams in operational, training, or government support environments.
- Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. Marine Corps operational training environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and dynamic operational settings.
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management tools. Preferred Qualifications
- Prior military service or direct experience supporting Marine Corps or Joint training exercises.
- Experience supporting simulation-based exercises, operational planning events, or military training programs.
- Familiarity with MAGTF operations, MEF exercises, or Marine Corps training processes.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed personnel and travel-intensive operations. Security: Requires the applicant to possess and maintain an active security clearance for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship. Physical Requirements:Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
