The VSI Physical Therapist will work one-on-one with patients to provide evaluation and treatment services in our state of the art clinic. This position requires a candidate with comprehensive customer service and advanced manual therapy skills as well as an interest in developing new programs or skills through continuing education and research. This is a full-time position working out of Reston, VA.
Job Responsibilitie
- Responsible for the treatment and well-being of patients and strives to achieve the highest patient satisfaction
- Provides appropriate documentation and communication to physicians for all patient
- Assists patients with scheduling appointments and questions via return phone calls, email, or face to face communication
- Promotes efficient and cooperative working relationships with PTs and clinic support team
- Communicates with VSI managers regarding changes, concerns, or requests regarding patients
- Responsible for educating and developing the clinical skills of other staff PTs or student
- Assists with clinical affiliations with physical therapy graduate program
- Tracks required continuing education courses and staff in-service
- Assists with dispersal of internal and external marketing materials and marketing campaigns to include: handouts, brochures, website content, mailing materials, social media postings, online advertisements, and interactions with referral source
- Promotes VSI Physical Therapy programs and services: Yoga, Pilates, Aquatics, Nutrition, Post-Partum, Personal Training and Massage Program
