
We are seeking a talented Architect with 10+ years of professional experience to support complex, large‑scale data center projects within a dynamic and collaborative studio environment. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, agile professional with strong technical expertise, design sensibility, and the ability to work effectively across all phases of project delivery. The Architect will collaborate closely with senior leadership and multidisciplinary project teams, contributing to conceptual design through construction documentation, while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Key Responsibilities Compile data and perform architectural design studies and computations in collaboration with the project team Work alongside senior designers and project teams on conceptual design, presentations, design development, and production documentation Apply creative and technically sound design solutions, while expanding and refining design concepts developed by others Support proposal efforts and assist in developing architectural design responses for new project pursuits Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry‑standard construction techniques, building systems, codes, and regulations, particularly as they apply to mission‑critical facilities Contribute to client presentations and design discussions to help support strong client relationships Develop, modify, and review drawings to ensure alignment with design intent and technical requirements Produce graphic presentations, 3D models, renderings, and implementation documents as required Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to advance design through all appropriate project phases Participate in quality control and coordination efforts to support successful project delivery Day‑to‑Day Experience Day‑to‑day responsibilities will vary depending on the phase of the project. Regardless of experience level, team members are actively involved throughout the full project lifecycle—from early concept through construction documentation and coordination. Projects may range up to 1 million square feet, offering exposure to large, technically complex commercial developments.
