As the Warming Station Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:



  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for Warming Station staff
  • Support staff development through training, supervision, and evaluation
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Warming Station, making adjustments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and make recommendations for changes to the Program Director
  • Respond to operational or staffing needs as they arise, including the occasional need to report to the station outside of regularly scheduled hours

Warming Station Supervisor Minimum Salary: $20.00 per hour


Warming Station Supervisor Maximum Salary: $35.00 per hour


Warming Station Supervisor Schedule: Varied hours based on time of year and station needs, including occasional evening, overnight, or emergency coverage as needed. This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a per diem role based on program needs and performance.

Qualifications:

  • 2-year Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the Human Services industry
