We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Rep to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity, ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer interactions, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound, scripted calls to active members for quality assurance and engagement
Build rapport with members and ensure they understand and are maximizing their membership benefits
Identify opportunities to upsell additional features or services when appropriate
Recognize potential leads for new business opportunities and escalate as needed
Draft and send follow-up emails based on call outcomes and member needs
Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates within the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experience
Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call-heavy or outbound environment
Strong phone presence with a natural, conversational communication style
Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
Excellent written communication skills for professional email follow-ups
Ability to follow scripts while still sounding authentic and engaging
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
Interest in long-term growth and development within the company
