We also offer multiple platforms to address suicide prevention, including community education and training, Survivors of Suicide support groups, long-term follow-up care to suicidal individuals.

Dedicated staff provide care coordination to youth through our Behavioral Health Intervention Specialist positions.

TeleHope offers telephonic support for older adults aged 55+ and their caregivers. TeleHope Care Managers call individuals who may be isolated, lonely, grieving, or experiencing other mental health challenges.
