Berglund Automotive is a well-established and reputable automotive group with 10 locations, representing 20 different automotive brands throughout Southwest and Central Virginia. Dedicated to providing exceptional vehicles and service to our valued customers, we are looking for talented sales associates to join our expanding dealership network to contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at Midpoint Chevrolet, you will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect vehicle that suits their needs, guiding them through the sales process, and providing an exceptional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and budget.
• Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
• Effectively communicate pricing options, incentives, and financing terms.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of current inventory, pricing, and dealership promotions.
• Contact potential customers by phone, email, and other channels to generate business.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with purchase and to build lasting relationships.
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
