Summary
The Technical Lead is accountable for winning technically sound, executable work for the Solutions Division. The role owns the definition, development, and approval of the technical solution required to secure profitable projects, from early pursuit through budgetary bidding to post‑award technical handoff.
This position serves as the single technical owner of systems‑level solutions during the pursuit phase, responsible for translating client requirements into a complete, defensible systems proposal that supports go/no‑go decisions, firm pricing, and margin lock. The Technical Lead ensures all required technical deliverables are produced, internally aligned, and suitable for contract execution.
This position is not a pure sales role and not a detailed engineering role. It is a senior, systems‑focused technical leadership position with direct responsibility for proposal quality, risk clarity, and technical credibility required to win work.
