Your Impact
- Create interactive outdoor spaces at a variety of scales from ecosystem restoration to intimate learning gardens
- Create innovative designs that can adapt to a variety of materials and situations
- Cross-departmental collaboration with engineers and architects to bond natural and livable systems
- Produce drainage, grading, hardscape, and landscape plans
- Prepare well-designed schematic sketches and concept plans for client evaluation
- Perform site visits to systematize introductory design stages and oversee continued work through construction administration
- 1+ years of experience in a professional landscape architecture setting
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited landscape architecture program
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Advanced knowledge 3-D modeling program SketchUp
- Strong oral, written, and graphic communication skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to self-assess and command a high level of accuracy
- Ability to travel to project sites
- Experience developing construction documentation
