Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in San Francisco, CA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
In this role, you will consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within an Agile framework. The ideal candidate will contribute to large-scale planning, analyze and resolve intricate Scrum Master challenges, and ensure deliverables meet all functional, policy, and compliance requirements while collaborating with client personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables
- Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables
- Leverage a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with client personnel
- 4 years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
