
We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Collaborations team. This role is ideal for a creative and driven individual with a strong aesthetic point of view and a passion for product. As part of the team, you will support the design and development of collaborations across multiple categories and genders, helping bring concepts to life from initial idea through final execution.
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Global Collaborations & Customization, the Assistant Manager, Collaborations will play a key role in managing product development details, coordinating cross-functional partners, and supporting customization activations and events.
About The Job
- Support the development and execution of customization activations and Tier 1 events, helping translate design intent into engaging, hands-on brand experiences.
- Assist in creating project timelines, briefing decks, recaps, and development tools for collaborations, customization activations, and events.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, samples, shipping logistics, and activation materials to support execution.
- Partner closely with Tailor Shop, Graphic Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, Packaging, and Tech Design throughout the development process.
- Organize and maintain development libraries, including trims, fabrics, wash trials, finish targets, and reference materials.
- Manage trim and sundry development, including briefs, artwork validation, approvals, and tracking.
- Maintain accurate tech packs, PLM entries, BOMs, and related product information.
- Conduct archive and market research to support collaboration and customization concepts.
- Own assigned tasks and manage them end-to-end, from initial concept through final handoff.
- Support collaboration projects across multiple categories and genders.
- Support special projects and additional team priorities as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop; InDesign.
- Creation of detailed garment sketches in Adobe Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of PLM and BOM applications.
- Proficiency in Excel and Keynote/PowerPoint.
- Tech packing skills and familiarity with generative AI tools.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $69,400 - $101,800 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
