Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Ensure thatapproved priorities are executed effectively, translating strategic decisions into structured project and program plans, and delivering outcomeson time, within scope, and with controlled risk.This position reports to theHead ofPortfolio ManagementTeam andorother senior management personnel that the President of the Company maydesignate.This position will be based out of San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

Execution Governance & Delivery Oversight

  • Own execution governance for all approved projects and programs
  • Shift the organization from status reporting to proactive risk and issue management
  • Establish consistent execution cadence:
  • Weekly / bi-weekly reviews
  • Risk, issue, and dependency tracking

Project & Program Structuring

  • Convert approved demands into:
  • Clearly defined projects or programs
  • Scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies
  • Ensure alignment between:
  • Business objectives
  • Technical execution plans
  • External partner deliverables

Cross-functional Execution Alignment

  • Coordinate execution across:
  • Product
  • Engineering
  • Operations
  • Business teams
  • Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives including:
  • Bizmodules
  • Infra platforms (CRM, ERP, Data)
  • Functional products
  • Consolidation initiatives

Operational Ticket & Execution Integration

  • Oversee daily operational ticket flows and KPI tracking
  • Ensure clear separation but smooth integration between:
  • Project execution
  • Daily operational requests
  • Monitor resolution rates, bottlenecks, and delivery risks

Reporting & Transparency

  • Provide structured reporting to:
  • Executives (monthly)
  • Leadership (bi-weekly)
  • Internal teams (weekly)
  • Ensure visibility of progress, risks, decisions, and trade-offs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s orMaster’sdegree inEconomics,Business,Information Systems,Social Science,Engineeringor relatedfields.
  • Over 10years ofwork experienceinproject, program, or delivery management
  • Strong background inenterprise-scale project and program governance
  • Proven experience managing:
  • Cross-functional teams
  • External vendors and partners
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Project lifecycle management
  • Risk, issue, and dependency management
  • Excellent communication, escalation, and decision-tracking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP,PgMP,SAFe, or similar certifications
  • Experiencerunning enterprise PMO or delivery units
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and integrated ticketing systems
  • Experiencemanaging complexplatform, infra, or consolidation programs
