Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and execution across teams.

- Coordinate with external agencies and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Support team operations by implementing effective processes and communication channels.
- Proven experience in program or project management, with a strong track record of successful delivery.
- Exceptional communication and change management skills, capable of influencing diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail-oriented execution.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience working with product, engineering, and design teams to drive project success.
- Background in developing processes and systems in a fast-paced organization.
- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and technical concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
