What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and AI leaders to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from intake through close
- Proactively source and engage high-caliber candidates across a variety of channels
- Build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, especially in AI/ML, distributed systems, and product engineering
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through offer
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends, calibration, and interview processes
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in recruiting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and strong hiring outcomes
- Proven experience (4-8 years) recruiting for technical roles (Engineering, Product, AI/ML)
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates
- Ability to operate with urgency, ownership, and a high bar for talent
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build credibility and trust with engineers and technical leaders
- Highly collaborative, with a team-first mindset
- Experience recruiting in early-stage or high-growth startups
- Familiarity with AI/ML talent landscapes
- Experience hiring for deeply technical roles (e.g., distributed systems, infrastructure, or applied AI)
