- Assist surgeons during operative procedures, ensuring safety and adherence to sterile techniques
- Provide perioperative nursing care, including patient preparation, monitoring, and post-operative support
- Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate smooth workflows and optimal patient outcomes
- Assess patient conditions pre- and post-surgery, documenting findings accurately
