- Day to Day Operations
- Provide chair-side assistance for Dentists.
- Operate oral radiology equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
- Take and record patient’s medical and dental histories and vital signs, blood pressure & pulse in company EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation including medical history, medical alerts, and signed consent forms in company EMR.
- Periodically review usage and provide feedback on performance of EMR system.
- Document/chart all dental procedures performed during each patient visit per Dentist’s instructions and legal requirements.
- Patient Service and Engagement
- Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
- Attentively address concerns patients may have regarding treatment plans.
- Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging their questions or concerns.
- Ensure quality service is always provided.
