POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will be responsible for processing of company payroll and time and attendance. Analyze calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions.

RESPONSIBILI

TIES● Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 450 employees in Southern Califo

rnia● Review timecards daily for missing punches, missing supervisor notes, tardies, missed shifts, etc. to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing every two w

eeks● Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and repor

ting● Prepare and analyze payroll reports, presenting findings to Payroll Man

ager● Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries professionally and efficie

ntly● Maintain payroll records and prepare reports on payroll activities for management re

view● Initiate Off-Cycle payments, as ne

QUALIFICA

TIONS ● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field pre

ferred● Atleast 1-2 years of experience in California payroll processing or accounting

roles● Atleast 6 months to 1 year of experience in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking & Absence re

quired● Fundamental Payroll Professional (FPP) designation is preferred, but not re

quired● Bilingual (English & Spanish) is pre
