Job Summary: Operating Room Open Heart Surgical Technologist (Savannah, Georgia) The organization is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support operations within the Operating Room Open Heart environment. Responsibilities focus on preparing for procedures, supporting the surgical team, and maintaining the readiness of the surgical area. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 10 shift hours, minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in surgical technologist; at least 2 years of CVOR (cardiovascular operating room) experience
- Preferred Qualifications: None listed
- Additional Information: Documentation system: Epic. Floating rotation may not be required (floating to other units is not indicated). Procedures performed may include CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR, thoracic surgery, and AAA repair. Dress code: ceil blue scrubs (provided by self).
