
Senior Performance Data Analyst

The Senior Performance Data Analyst responsibilities include:
- Analyze underwriting, financial, and operational data to identify key drivers, trends, and patterns
- Communicate analytical insights, trends and patterns to various stakeholders
- Develop and continuously improve forecasting and predictive models to support P&L planning and rolling forecasts
- Partner with Finance and Actuarial teams to embed analytics into planning tools
- Deploy AI agents to automate forecasting tasks, scenario analysis, data quality, and other checks
- Use AI agents to surface insights, risks, and driver sensitivities in near real time
- Participate in special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area OR
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance are
- Professional experience working with data mining, machine learning, predictive modeling and AI agents
- Insurance or financial services industry experience
- Strong communication skills to explain model outputs, assumptions, and insights to non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting financial planning, budgeting, or rolling forecast processes
- Familiarity with planning and forecasting systems (e.g., Anaplan, BPC, EPM, or similar tools)
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
- Project management experience
