At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), we design, develop and deliver some of the most advanced technologies in the world. Our teams are comprised of members with different backgrounds and skillsets who together drive visionary thinking through innovation and integrity.

THE WORK

In support of the Sikorsky Line of Business and Connecticut Facilities, oversee the management of the Customer Center and perform a variety of activities in support of its operation, as well as Facilities-related planning and coordination.

Customer Center activities include support of onsite events involving room and parking reservation, form and visitor signage preparation, conference and meeting room readiness, customer event and tour preparation and meal coordination. Provide liaison with Facilities, IT, Security, Operations, and Protocol team members to ensure high-level visit actions and AV requirements are fully supported.

Facilities planning and coordination activities include procurement of supplies, signage, and nameplates, utilization of LM Buildings for hoteling reservations and data collection, creating Facilities Work Requests for maintenance issues, and providing support for project management.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with corporate event planning

Basic knowledge of SAP for creating and tracking Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders preferred

  • Basic knowledge of LM Buildings for creating and tracking Facilities Work Requests, hoteling bookings, and project status preferred
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with high-level management, customers and employees
  • A team player who is willing to work in a creative, fast-paced atmosphere
  • Strong adaptability skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
