The Community Manager is fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. Responsibilities include all operating aspects of the apartment community, general administration and maintenance of the physical site, rental collections, quick apartment unit turnaround, and compliance with government regulations.
Qualifications
At least 3 years' experience managing a large apartment complex
Experience and understanding of Tax Credit Compliance.
Experience with property management software. Onesite experience a plus.
Qualified candidates must be outgoing, organized, effective communicators and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the property is run efficiently and maintained to the standards of RichSmith Management.
Being proficient in all standard office administration, equipment use and MS Office software is also very beneficial.
Salary: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
