
Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage full-cycle accounting across multiple entities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform bank and escrow reconciliations (operating, trust, and payroll)
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity
- Track and reconcile intercompany transactions and allocations
- Support underwriter audits and state regulatory compliance
- Prepare and file 1099s, escheatment, and required state reports
- Monitor escrow activity, wire transactions, and internal controls
- 3+ years of accounting experience (title or real estate preferred)
- Strong understanding of escrow/trust accounting
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
