Principal Functional Responsibilities
- Lead all personnel and processes involved with drawer assembly.
- Provide leadership, along with the Supervisor, in running the department safely and effectively.
- Carry out instructions/directions of the Supervisor whether verbal or written.
- Required to physically contribute to the daily work that is assigned by the area Supervisor.
- Complying with quality standards and implementation of all local operational goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- One year of production experience or similar in manufacturing or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred
- Must be thoroughly knowledgeable on parts and quality standards.
- One year of logistics exposure preferred but not required
- Prior leadership experience is required
- Knowledge of safe work practices
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to train others on safety, quality, performance, job responsibilities
- Ability to read/write/communicate in English
- Ability to lead/motivate/work in a team environment
