Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000

TradesFutures is the only national nonprofit organization exclusively dedicated to increasing access to high-quality union construction careers through our network of 200+ Apprenticeship Readiness Programs. We partner closely with workforce organizations, community-based partners, and building trades councils to implement the Multi-Core Craft Curriculum (MC3), strengthen local program quality, and expand pathways to Registered Apprenticeship opportunities in the unionized construction industry.
Position Summary
TradesFutures is hiring a Data and Insights Manager to support program data management, evaluation, and grant compliance to ensure meaningful program insights, accurate and timely reporting, and alignment with funder and organizations requirements.
The Data and Insights Manager is responsible for managing data systems, monitoring performance outcomes, and leading accurate and timely data reporting. This position will collaborate closely with program and the operations team members to design, implement, and scale data collection and evaluation standards that will drive organizational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
CRM and Systems Administration (40%)
- Serve as primary database system administrator to ensure data integrity and usability; troubleshoot issues related to data entry and reporting
- Develop data reporting templates and procedures; manage templates, dashboards, and procedures in database
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to support funder reporting
- Contribute to the development of a long-term data collection and tracking strategy
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards, funder requirements, and reporting protocols
Data Entry and Evaluation (50%)
- Responsible for all data collection, validation, and reporting on all enrollment, completion, and placement data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Monitor program performance outcomes and conduct data and program analyses to inform evaluation and continuous improvement
- Develop and communicate data-driven findings and recommendations to program leadership
- Establish and maintain quality benchmarks across program areas in collaboration with program leadership
General Program Support (10%)
- Respond to program inquiries from stakeholders, partners, and staff in a timely and professional manner
- Support additional in-person and/or virtual presentations to internal and external audiences at partner meetings, funder briefings, and organizational events
- Attend and staff organizational and partner events and trainings, as needed
- Attend and/or lead organizational meetings on program and grantee status
- Collaborate closely with program leadership and cross-functional staff, participating actively in team planning and coordination
Qualifications and attributes
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
- Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proficiency with data management and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or SmartSheets
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau or Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing clear and concise reports and presentations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
