Description

The Assistant Superintendent - Diverse Projects - D.C. will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the planning, coordination and execution of construction activities on site
  • Assisting with site logistics, sequencing and short-term scheduling
  • Monitoring subcontractor performance, productivity and quality of work
  • Ensuring safety standards are upheld and site compliance is maintained
  • Coordinating inspections and supporting close-out activities
  • Acting as a key point of contact on site in the absence of the Superintendent

Profile

The Assistant Superintendent - Diverse Projects - D.C. should have:

  • 2+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Experience working on either interior or ground up projects $2M+
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft or other related software
  • A safety-first mindset with a high standard of workmanship
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture is preferred

Job Offer
