As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include

As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include
- Providing high quality for patients suffering from personality disorders and autistic spectrum disorder with highly complex needs and behaviours
- Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
- Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
- Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
- Mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team
- Promoting professional development within the team
- Strong team:working skills
- A high level of self:motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- Must have experience within CAMHS
- A commitment to high:quality care and to values and evidence:based practice
- Ensure young people aged 12:17 with eating disorders receive high:quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork
- Must have completed your Preceptorship (with evidence) to be considered for this post
