Seeking Nurse Practitioners in Tallahassee, Gainesville, and West Palm Beach, FL, to provide
screening, preventive, and primary care services in non-clinical settings such as in-home visits, community events, nursing facilities, and pop-up clinics.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, managing chronic and acute conditions, ordering tests, creating care plans, coordinating post-discharge care, and collaborating with physicians.
Travel up to 120 miles daily within the region, with occasional extended travel or overnight stays.
Requires active FL FNP license, national certification (AANP/ANCC), DEA, BLS, and a valid driver’s license.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year of experience, strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in diverse settings.
Preferred experience includes home health, underserved populations, immunizations, and bilingual skills.
