- Registered Nurse position specializing in Medical/Surgical care.

- Job Requirements
- Must have current nursing license verified through Nursys within 30 days prior to start.
- BLS certification required, must be American Heart Association (AHA) certified.
- Completion of Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics with minimum 80% passing score.
- Ascension EKG Exam with passing score of at least 80%.
- MOAB Moderate Risk De-Escalation Training required.
- Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start, updated annually for specialty.
- Documentation of immunizations and health requirements: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine (with mask requirement if declined), 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing, Fit Test, Health Statement updated annually.
- Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender, and EPLS within 90 days of start.
- Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start.
- Third-party employment verification for past seven years.
- Driver's License or State ID must be current and match address on file.
