Medipack Pharmacy is hiring a Full-Time Clinical Staff Pharmacist to support our growing long-term care operations. This is a non-retail, clinically focused role with predictable day shifts and a collaborative team environment.
Why This Role
- Full-time day shift (8-hour shifts)
- No nights or on-call
- Saturday rotation only every 6 weeks
- Non-retail, long-term care pharmacy setting
- Supportive team with training provided
- Review and verify medication orders
- Assess drug interactions, allergies, and duplications
- Perform medication regimen reviews for new admissions
- Communicate with providers and nursing staff
- Supervise pharmacy technician workflow
- Utilize SynMed automation
- Support IV/compounding as needed
- Active North Carolina Pharmacist License
- Experience in LTC, hospital, or retail pharmacy considered
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Willingness to learn long-term care workflows
